Who We Are

COMPUTATE was born in 2009 and has grown since then into the strong supportive IT partner that it is today with offices in three major centers and a team of associates that extends across southern Africa. We first started by eliminating the frustration that our SYSPRO customers experienced when, using two or more separate support companies, their systems did not perform as they’d hoped. Over time, performance became our passion and we found a gap in making sure that our clients got the most out of their technology without ever having to consult a third party to resolve conflicting issues.

COMPUTATE looks to maintain your IT systems with the same focus and passion as we do our own. We work vigorously and invest time upfront – to understand your business and make sure that the solutions that we implement, are solutions that are guaranteed to perform. Our goal is to keep your business productive, online and supported at any time that you may need us. This upfront investment of our time is what we believe is important. We call it “Value before Profit” and it is a core principle. Once the relationship is well established, the trust has been earned and our reputation for delivery demonstrated, so Value and Profit is achievable for both us and our clients.
